Using GuestWalls
GuestWalls lets hosts create live event walls and lets invited guests submit messages and photos. Hosts must provide accurate account information, keep their account secure, and use the service lawfully. Guests may use only events they are invited or permitted to join.
Host responsibility
The host controls an event’s access, optional guest password, moderation, display, and removal of posts. Hosts are responsible for obtaining any notices or permissions needed for event photography and public display, and for responding to their guests’ removal requests.
Acceptable content and conduct
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls or rate limits. We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant GuestWalls a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, resize, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and secure the event wall. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backups or records required by law.
Availability and changes
We work to keep GuestWalls reliable, but event technology depends on internet access, browsers, venue equipment, and third-party services. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features and limits may change as the product develops.
Event closure and retention
Closing an event immediately ends guest access and posting. The host keeps dashboard and playback access during a 30-day retention window and may reopen the event in that period. Closed events and their content are automatically deleted after the window, or sooner if the host chooses permanent deletion.
Accounts and termination
You may stop using GuestWalls at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements, or conduct that harms the service or others. Sections that by their nature should survive deletion or termination will continue to apply.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestWalls is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for content submitted by users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
